SENIOR PROJECT CHANGE ANALYST
- Required Quantity: 01 (One)
- Job Grade: IX
- Salary Range: ETB 52,400
- Terms of Employment: Regular base after a 60-day probation period
- Working Languages: Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English (Afaan Oromo is mandatory)
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, register, classify, and assess project Change Requests (CRs).
- Analyze the impact of proposed changes on scope, cost, schedule, resources, requirements, architecture, quality, security, and risks.
- Prepare Change Impact Assessment Reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate change review and approval processes with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure approved changes are incorporated into project plans, designs, schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor implementation of approved changes and verify completion while identifying scope creep.
- Support preparation of variation orders, additional work requests, and extension-of-time requests.
- Facilitate change review meetings, maintain change documentation, and prepare periodic status reports.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant professional experience for BSc holders / 1 year for MSc holders in project change management, business analysis, project management, software development, or related areas.
- Proven experience working on software development, ERP, SaaS, digital transformation, or ICT projects.
- Experience in analyzing and managing project scope changes, change requests, requirements, and impacts.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Business Analysis, Development, QA, DevOps, and clients.
- Certifications (Advantage): At least one professional certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, or Agile/Scrum.
