Senior Officer, POS Services

The incumbent is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted merchant services and efficient card banking operations. This technical, operations-focused role handles the full lifecycle of POS administration, Mastercard transaction processing, and settlement workflows. You will configure infrastructure, process critical transaction files, resolve complex user requests, and collaborate across teams to ensure compliance with financial standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's/ B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer/Software engineering, Business Information Systems, or any other relevant field

Experience

At least 4 years relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level or equivalent.
