Key Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:

• Edit and produce high-quality promotional and marketing videos for real estate projects.
• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Edit property walkthroughs, apartment showcases, construction progress updates, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
• Incorporate professional transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, color correction, and motion graphics.
• Develop creative visual storytelling techniques to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
• Ensure consistency in video quality, branding, and overall visual presentation.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content creation team to develop engaging video concepts.
• Manage multiple editing projects and deliver content within assigned deadlines.
• Stay updated with current video editing techniques, social media trends, and creative approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in film production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in video editing and content production.
• Previous experience in real estate marketing, advertising, or digital content creation is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating previous video editing projects is required.

Required Skills

✓ Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software.

✓ Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, transitions, and color grading.

✓ Ability to create engaging content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

✓ Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects.

✓ Creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.

✓ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Desired Skills

• Experience editing real estate promotional videos and property showcases.
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategies.
• Ability to transform raw footage into compelling marketing content.
• Photography and videography skills are an added advantage.
