IT Technical Team Leader

Job summary:

The IT Technical Team Leader is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the technical team in the design, implementation, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure and technology solutions. The position ensures that technical projects and customer requirements are delivered on time, within scope, and according to required quality and technical standards

Responsibilities:

• ·Lead, coordinate, and supervise the IT technical team and daily technical activities.

• Assign technical tasks and monitor team members' performance and progress.

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.

• Provide technical leadership for network, server, cybersecurity, data center, CCTV, systems, and related IT projects.

• Review technical requirements, specifications, BoQs, and project designs.

• Participate in site surveys, technical assessments, and solution design.

• Support the Presales team with technical proposals, solution design, BoQ preparation, and technical documentation.

• Plan and coordinate installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover of IT projects.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.

• Ensure proper documentation of configurations, network diagrams, installation reports, test results, and handover documents.

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, consultants, and internal departments.

• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, resources, and technical quality.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.

• Conduct system testing and quality assurance before project handover.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

• Monitor the performance, availability, and reliability of deployed systems.

• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and security of company technical tools and equipment.

• Prepare technical progress reports and provide regular updates to management.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training for team members.

• Keep up to date with emerging IT technologies, products, and industry practices.

• Perform other technical duties assigned by management.

• Willing to travel and able to work in field projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor is degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4+ years of relevant IT technical experience, preferably with team leadership experience.

• Strong practical experience in IT infrastructure implementation and support.

• Experience managing technical projects and teams is highly desirable.tion and support
