Meba Microfinance Institution Share Company is a Microfinance institution to provide financial and non-financial services to the productive poor in urban and rural areas of Ethiopia. Meba MFI invites competent and qualified candidates for Head Office post for following positions.
Position: Senior MIS & Information Technology Administration Officer
Job Summary:
- Lead Digital Transformation: Drive the MFI's digital financial strategy, mobile wallets, and agency banking solutions.
- Manage Core Banking: Oversee the Core Banking System (CBS) performance, system updates, and third-party vendor integrations.
- Network & Infrastructure: Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity between the Head Office and all branches.
- Security & Compliance: Secure customer financial data and ensure strict compliance with central bank (NBE) IT regulations
Work place: Head office.
Requirements
Required Qualification:
- Hold a minimum of first degree from a recognized higher learning institution in BSC degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related
Work Experience:
- A total of 4 years of experience A total of 2 years of related experience out of which at list one year on senior position
- Good knowledge of IT principles, concepts and practices
- Good knowledge of computer systems security development and administration
