About this role
We are looking for a responsible and skilled IT & HR Officer to join our team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Good knowledge of computer systems, internet/network management, and online business management systems
Ability to troubleshoot and manage day-to-day IT-related issues
Basic to good knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
Ability to manage recruitment activities and maintain HR records/systems
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s internet, network, computers, and other IT systems
Monitor and maintain the company’s online management systems and digital tools
Handle day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot technical issues
Support and manage recruitment and HR-related activities
Maintain employee records and assist with HR system management
