Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide basic IT support to employees and assist with day-to-day technical issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install and maintain computers, software, and other IT equipment.
Set up computers, workstations, and other devices for new and existing employees.
Assist with network and system maintenance.
Support daily IT operations and perform other related technical duties as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
