Job Position: Senior Strategic Transformation & Organizational Development Officer

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of ADIU’s Strategic Transformation Plan (STP) and organizational development initiatives. The role translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinates cross-functional execution, monitors performance progress, conducts strategic research and analysis, and provides decision-support insights to management.

The position supports strategic planning, opportunity assessment, business improvement initiatives, organizational effectiveness projects, and the development of practical frameworks that strengthen ADIU’s growth, transformation, and operational excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic priorities into departmental plans, milestones, owners, KPIs, trackers, and review routines, and independently coordinate implementation follow-up.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze implementation data; prepare periodic reports; identify bottlenecks, dependencies, delays, and root causes; and recommend corrective action.
  • Support departments to align plans, OKRs, KPIs, and initiatives with company strategy, and facilitate reviews, workshops, awareness sessions, and follow-up meetings.
  • Conduct best-practice, competitor, market, policy, regulatory, technology, and ecosystem research relevant to ICT, telecom, renewable energy, and BPO/ITO.
  • Identify grants, projects, partnerships, market openings, and ad hoc opportunities, and develop opportunity briefs, feasibility analyses, business cases, and go/no-go recommendations.
  • Monitor internal and external threats, assess potential impact, define early-warning indicators, and recommend mitigation and contingency measures.
  • Originate and drive approved initiatives related to growth, transformation, capability building, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, structure, role clarity, culture, and change.
  • Develop reusable frameworks and tools, prepare executive-ready reports and presentations, and use AI and digital tools responsibly to improve research, analysis, and productivity.
  • Improve the company’s process flows and operating models to enhance companywide efficiencies.
  • Conduct companywide audits and reviews to ensure strategic compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage AI tools and digital productivity platforms to enhance research, data analysis, reporting, scenario planning, knowledge management, and continuous process improvement.
  • Independently manage end-to-end strategic assignments and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • Develop feasibility analyses, business cases, opportunity assessments, strategic risk analyses, and decision-support materials for senior management.
  • Apply strategic planning, business analysis, and organizational development methodologies to support business transformation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in strategy, organizational development, M&E, business analysis, performance management, market research, project coordination, or continuous improvement.
  • Experience in ICT, telecom, technology, engineering, renewable energy, BPO/ITO, or related industries is a plus.
