System Administrator and Trainer

System Trainer & Administrator

We’re looking for a System Trainer & Administrator who is comfortable working with people, technology, and a live web-based system.

You’ll play an important role in helping our users understand and use our SaaS platform properly. You’ll also be involved in the day-to-day administration of the system, checking performance, solving common problems, testing features, and helping us improve the platform as we grow.

This is a hands-on position. We’re looking for someone who is curious, responsible, willing to learn, and not afraid to investigate a problem when something doesn’t work as expected.

What you’ll do

• Train users and help them become confident using our SaaS platform.

• Explain system features and processes in a simple and practical way.

• Support users when they have questions or face problems.

• Manage day-to-day system and user administration.

• Follow system and user performance and identify areas that need attention.

• Test the live application and newly added features.

• Identify, investigate, and report bugs or system issues.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and debugging when possible.

• Work closely with the development team to help find and resolve problems.

• Collect user feedback and turn it into useful suggestions for improving the system.

• Help maintain a smooth, reliable, and user-friendly platform.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to know everything from day one. We value someone who learns quickly and takes responsibility.

You should:

• Be comfortable using computers and web applications.

• Have good communication and training skills.

• Be patient and able to explain things clearly to different types of users.

• Have good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Be interested in understanding how software works.

• Be comfortable investigating errors and troubleshooting basic technical problems.

• Be willing to learn about SaaS, web applications, system administration, and debugging.

• Be reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Experience with SaaS platforms, system administration, software training, technical support, or web applications is a plus.

Location - Akaki Kality (Total Area)

Important: This position is only for applicants who live in or around the Akaki Kality Total area. Applicants outside this area will not be considered.
