IT Reservation Support Officer

The IT Reservation Support Officer is responsible for managing travel reservations, supporting reservation systems, troubleshooting basic IT issues, maintaining booking records, and assisting with digital marketing activities.

The position combines three main functions:

• Travel and hotel reservation management.

• IT support and reservation system administration.

• Digital marketing and graphic design support.

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Reservation Management

• Manage hotel and travel reservations.

• Handle booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.

• Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure service accuracy.

B. IT Support and System Management

• Support the operation and monitoring of reservation systems and online booking platforms.

• Provide basic IT support and troubleshoot system-related issues.

• Assist with system updates and user support.

• Manage and maintain data accurately.

• Support reservation system operations and data management.

C. Digital Marketing and Graphic Design

• Create and schedule content for social media platforms.

• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.

• Design basic marketing materials, including:

  • Social media posts.

  • Banners.

  • Promotional content.

• Use graphic design tools to create digital content.

• Monitor social media engagement and support online customer inquiries.

D. Operational Support

- Support shift operations, including night shifts when required.
