Mandatory Requirements

• Strong programming and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience developing web applications and backend services.

• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.

• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases, such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.

• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and testable code.

• Strong teamwork and team-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to different technology stacks, particularly in financial/business applications.

• Demonstrated Experience: The candidate must provide at least one software project or application they have personally developed and demonstrate it during the interview. The candidate should be able to explain what they built, their specific contribution, the technologies used, and the key technical decisions they made.

Nice to Have / Willing to Train

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and third-party integrations. Training will be provided.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, and software development workflows. Training will be provided.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.

• Ability to understand existing codebases, work with legacy systems, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features based on business requirements.

• Experience with financial systems or business applications is a plus.
