Job Summary

The Senior Software Developer / Lead Software Engineer will lead the design, development, deployment, integration, and management of scalable software solutions supporting the Group’s business and technology operations. The role combines advanced software engineering, technical leadership, business understanding, and digital expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements analysis and system design through development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance software applications.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical specifications and solutions.
• Lead software architecture, system integration, API development, database design, and application optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and establish standards for quality, security, documentation, and maintainability.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level software developers.
• Plan and coordinate software-development projects, milestones, technical resources, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Support cloud solutions, automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and digital-transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain digital platforms supporting business operations and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on digital and content initiatives.
• Support websites, content-management systems, analytics platforms, and other digital technologies.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology-driven operational improvement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure applications meet appropriate standards for security, performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Education

Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 6 years of progressive professional experience in software development, software engineering, or technical leadership.

Demonstrated experience in a senior software-development or technical-leadership role.

Proven experience leading software-development projects and technical teams.

Experience in a diversified business group, conglomerate, multi-business organization, technology company, or technology-focused organization.

Experience with international content development, digital marketing platforms, or international digital-business ecosystems is highly desirable.
