POSITION: Junior Cloud Support & IT Administrator (Talented Fresh Graduate / Entry-Level)
- Gross Salary: 30,000 ETB / Month
- Reporting Hierarchy: Reports directly to the Senior Technical Lead
- Core Mandate: Serve a dual role managing both cloud infrastructure metrics and local office hardware. Maintain continuous observation of live mobile and web platform health dashboards (infrastructure metrics, transaction webhooks) to filter and flag bugs for the outsourced agency, while acting as the internal IT Administrator responsible for local office network stability.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or recent graduation from a certified high-performance technical accelerator track (e.g., ALX Ethiopia, AAiT, Hilcoe).
- Practical knowledge of Linux systems, local area networking (LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting), PC hardware provisioning, REST APIs, and HTTP response rules
