Full Stack Developer

Overview of the position: The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable web and software applications. The position involves both front-end and back-end development, database management, API integration, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization. The role will also support web and mobile application development, apply DevOps practices, and collaborate with relevant departments to deliver secure, reliable, and user-friendly technology solutions that meet the company’s business needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and software solutions.

· Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.

· Build responsive, user-friendly, and efficient interfaces using appropriate front-end technologies.

· Develop secure and reliable server-side applications, APIs, and business logic.

· Design, develop, and maintain databases and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.

· Integrate internal systems, third-party services, APIs, and other software applications as required.

· Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs, performance issues, and technical problems.

· Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.

· Participate in software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.

· Support the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications.

· Apply appropriate DevOps practices and support application deployment and continuous improvement.

· Ensure applications meet security, performance, reliability, and usability requirements.

· Collaborate with management and relevant departments to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed systems and applications.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies, development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.

· Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in full-stack software development.

· Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development.

· Good knowledge of modern web development technologies, frameworks, and programming languages.

· Good knowledge of Git and version control systems.

· Good knowledge of database design and management, particularly MySQL.

· Knowledge and practical experience in API development and integration.

· Knowledge of mobile application development is an advantage.

· Familiarity with development tools and DevOps practices.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
