URGENT HIRING – Full Stack Developer

Location: Ethiopian ICT Park, Goro Road to Tulu Dimtu, Addis Ababa

Tewos Technology Solutions PLC is seeking a motivated and customer focused Sales

Key Responsibilities: Full Stack Developer

· Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain both front-end and back-end applications using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, APIs, and databases.

· System Integration & Performance: Develop APIs, integrate third-party services, optimize application and database performance, and troubleshoot technical issues.

· Code Quality & Security: Write clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code; conduct testing and code reviews; and follow development, security, and version-control standards.

· Collaboration & Delivery: Work with developers, project managers, designers, and clients to understand requirements, deliver projects on time, maintain existing systems, and continuously improve software solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant full-stack development experience preferred.

• Proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies, databases, APIs, and Git.

· Strong problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and software development skills.

Skills and Competencies

· Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, frameworks, APIs, databases, and Git.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

· Software Development: Good understanding of clean code, software architecture, testing, debugging, security, version control, and development best practices.

· Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with developers, designers, project managers, and clients.

· Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly, adapt to changing project requirements, and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and take ownership of assigned work.Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
