Senior Full-Stack Developer (Next.js / Node.js / AI)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and work on technical projects for U.S.-based clients, collaborating with experienced developers.

What matters most to us is strong technical ability, communication, ownership, and reliability. We want someone who can work well with the team, communicate and respond quickly, take responsibility for their work, and consistently deliver high-quality results on time.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript

• Excellent full-stack engineering and problem-solving skills

• Experience with AI/LLMs, Claude/Claude Code, and AI-assisted development

• Takes ownership and delivers on time

• Fast, clear, and consistent communication

• Proactive, reliable, available, and easy to collaborate with

The position will start as a hybrid, part-time role for the first few weeks so both sides can evaluate technical ability, performance, communication, and overall team fit. For the right candidate, it will transition into a full-time, hybrid contract role.
