Backend Developer

• Microservices Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable, decoupled microservices.
• Backend Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using Node.js and Python.
• API Design & Integration: Build and maintain secure, high-throughput RESTful/GraphQL APIs and handle complex third-party integrations.
• Asynchronous Processing: Implement and manage asynchronous task queues, background workers, and event-driven architectures.
• Containerization: Utilize Docker to containerize applications, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, profile, and optimize backend services for maximum speed, scalability, and uptime

3+ years of professional backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in both Node.js and Python.
Demonstrated hands-on experience designing and maintaining microservices architectures in a production environment.
Strong, deep knowledge of Docker (writing Dockerfiles, managing Docker Compose, and optimizing images).
Solid experience with API development, asynchronous task processing (e.g., Celery, BullMQ, or RabbitMQ/Kafka), and complex system integrations.
Good English communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
