Position Summary

The Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing software applications. The role covers both front-end and back-end development, database management, API integration, cloud deployment, and software architecture. The incumbent provides technical leadership, mentors junior developers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that meet organizational and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze business and technical requirements.
• Design scalable and maintainable software architecture.
• Develop technical specifications and solution designs.
• Ensure software adheres to security, performance, and scalability standards.
• Participate in system architecture and technology selection decisions.
• Design and develop responsive web user interfaces.
• Develop server-side applications and business logic.
• Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Design relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop enterprise software solutions.
• Build cloud-based and on-premises applications.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate software deployment.
• Ensure software quality through continuous testing.
• Apply authentication and encryption standards.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
• Prepare and maintain standard documentation
• Mentor junior software developers.
• Improve software development standards.
• Introduce automation where appropriate.
• Report on development progress, risks, and system performance

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, information system or related field
• Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in backend languages (Python, Java, Node.js)
• Experience with frameworks (Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, .NET Core)
• Solid knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with micro services architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in fullstack software development
