CCTV Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain proper records of incidents, observations, and CCTV-related activities.

• Provide relevant CCTV footage for authorized investigations while maintaining confidentiality.

• Ensure CCTV recordings are properly stored and protected from unauthorized access or deletion.

• Coordinate with security personnel and technical teams to resolve CCTV-related issues.

• Regularly check camera coverage and identify areas requiring additional surveillance.

• Coordinate with security guards regarding gate activities, unauthorized access, and other security concerns.

• Monitor company gates and restricted areas through CCTV.

• Support the monitoring of employee, visitor, vehicle, and material movements.

• Immediately escalate security breaches, unusual activities, and emergencies to the Security Supervisor/Admin Manager.

• Support security investigations through CCTV footage and recorded evidence.

• Maintain proper communication with security personnel during incidents and emergencies.

• Ensure CCTV monitoring activities comply with company security procedures and requirements.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and incident-based CCTV reports as required.

• Maintain accurate CCTV monitoring logs and incident records.

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and urgent security situations.

• Report any security or CCTV system gaps that may affect the safety of employees, assets, or company property.

• Undertake other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Communications Engineering/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology/ Information Systems

• 1 -2 years relevant experience in related area.
