Senior Software Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to lead the development, customization, and maintenance of our ERP ecosystem and our proprietary in-house software solutions. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our internal systems are scalable, secure, and efficient.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a strong engineering background who is equally comfortable customizing ERP modules and building custom web applications from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules based on business requirements. Modify existing Odoo workflows and reports.
· Architect and build robust web-based in-house applications to support internal operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing databases and ERP systems.
· Develop APIs and connectors to integrate Odoo with third-party services and internal legacy systems.
· Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Conduct code reviews for junior developers and ensure adherence to best practices.
· Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across PostgreSQL and other database systems.
· Provide technical support for escalated issues, troubleshoot bugs, and perform root cause analysis for system failures.
· Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed software and system architectures.

Required Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology (IT) , or a related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
· Strong proficiency in Python and other web languages .
· Proven hands-on experience with Odoo or another major ERP system like SAP, Oracle, is essential.

· Excellent communication skills (ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders).
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
