POSITION: Junior Backend & Database Engineer (Talented Fresh Graduate / Entry-Level)
- Gross Salary: 30,000 ETB / Month
- Reporting Hierarchy: Reports directly to the Senior Technical Lead
- Core Mandate: Work closely alongside the Senior Tech Lead as an internal "shadow" developer. Your primary role is knowledge absorption: mapping the mobile and web database architecture built by the agency, managing PostGIS spatial datasets, and mastering backend workflows to guarantee a flawless data takeover on Day 366.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate (or up to 1 year experience) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Must possess a strong academic or personal portfolio project footprint utilizing PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and Python/Node.js backend environments.
- Proficient understanding of relational database models and Git version control.
