Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

• Support network security and system maintenance.

• Configure routers, switches, and other network devices.

• Maintain network documentation and technical records.

• Provide technical support to users and escalate complex issues.
