Branding & Content Creation Specialist (UI/UX Focused)

About the Role

Infonans Solution PLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Branding & Content Creation Specialist with a strong background in UI/UX design and graphic creation. In this role, you will lead our brand representation to the global market, capture dynamic on-site content, and collaborate directly with our software engineering team to design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing web and product interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX & Web Collaboration: Partner closely with Software Engineers to design user interfaces (UI), user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for the company website and digital products.
• On-Site Content Creation: Visit project sites and field operations to capture high-quality photos, videos, and compelling stories to promote Infonans’ solutions globally.
• Brand Strategy & Graphic Design: Maintain visual consistency across all branding materials, social media platforms, promotional collateral, and corporate presentations.
• BMC Alignment: Leverage your understanding of Business Model Canvas (BMC) frameworks to ensure all visual and marketing content aligns with company value propositions.
• Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, graphics, and visual ads across various channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Background: Proven experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, and Digital Content Creation.
• UI/UX Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Business Acumen: Familiarity with Business Model Canvas (BMC) and product design principles.
• Engineering Alignment: Ability to collaborate seamlessly with software developers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web elements.
• Communication: Excellent photography/videography skills and strong written and verbal communication (Amharic & English).
• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing UI/UX designs, graphic design work, and past content creation is required.
