You will be responsible for…
Monitor ATM health and availability and detect communication failures and hardware alarms.
Ensure all ATMs are functioning optimally and address any operational issues promptly.
Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for minor ATM-related problems.
Updated on the latest ATM technologies and integrate new solutions.
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, monitoring, and continuous availability of the Bank’s Automated Teller Machine (ATM) infrastructure.
Work with senior teams for enhancing ATM device durability by performing a scheduled preventive maintenance.
Ensure SLA compliance.
Maintain out of service ATMs and perform and troubleshoot with a minimal time.
Work on enhancing and advancing service delivery process by minimizing issue resolution time.
Learn and skill up ATM troubleshooting knowledge by requesting guidance to senior teams.
Report ATM uptime, downtime, SLA compliance, and recurring issues.

What we need from you
Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: Addis Ababa
Expectations: High operational accuracy and strict adherence to NBE standards.
Education Qualification:-1st degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or related field; or 2nd degree in the same Fields with Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, Experience in Operating System Installation, ATM Maintenance.
