Job Title: Experienced Software Tester – Android, iOS & Web Applications

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Software Tester with a proven track record of testing Android and iOS mobile applications and web applications. This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who has performed real-world end-to-end testing and load testing and can demonstrate previous experience with actual test results, reports, test cases, or project examples.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Android and iOS applications on multiple devices and operating system versions.

• Test web applications across major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.

• Perform complete end-to-end, functional, regression, integration, and cross-platform compatibility testing.

• Conduct load and performance testing simulating 12–15 concurrent users or devices, measuring response times, failures, throughput, and application stability.

• Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects with clear evidence and recommendations.

• Perform security and vulnerability testing where applicable, including authentication, authorization, API security, and common OWASP vulnerabilities.

• Provide detailed test reports and actionable recommendations before application release.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Demonstrable professional experience testing mobile and web applications.

• Proven hands-on experience with end-to-end testing and load/performance testing.

• Ability to independently prepare test plans, execute test cases, and produce professional testing reports.

• Practical knowledge of tools such as Appium, Playwright, Selenium, JMeter, k6, or equivalent tools.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Proof of Experience Required

Applicants must provide evidence of their relevant experience, such as:

• Sample test plans, test cases, or test execution reports, with confidential information removed.

• Previous load-testing reports showing concurrent users, response times, error rates, and results.

• Examples of bugs identified and documented, including reproduction steps.

• A portfolio, references, certifications, or verifiable project experience, where available.

Candidates must be able to explain exactly what they tested, which tools they used, what issues they discovered, and how they verified the results.

Preferred Qualification

Hands-on security or vulnerability testing experience using tools such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite is a strong advantage.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical assessment demonstrating mobile/web testing and the ability to configure or explain a load test involving 12–15 concurrent users.
