  • Lead post-tender follow-ups, contract negotiation meetings, and technical presentations before government evaluation committees.

3. Reporting & Alignment with Leadership

  • Reporting to Marketing & Sales Lead Manager: Deliver weekly tracking reports on tender submissions, success/win rates, upcoming bids, compliance checks, and operational pipelines.

  • Reporting to CMO: Align public sector engagement strategies with AIT's overarching brand positioning; present quarterly insights on public policy trends, government budget allocations, and high-value strategic alliances.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of direct experience managing government tenders, public sector sales, or institutional partnerships—specifically within the IT, software, telecom, or BPO sectors in Ethiopia.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Deep working knowledge of Ethiopian Public Procurement Directive, federal/regional procurement procedures, and NGO bidding frameworks.

    • Proven track record of winning and executing high-value public sector RFPs, RFQs, and government IT contracts.

    • Strong understanding of tech products (ERP, enterprise software, SaaS, BPO, and Call Center infrastructure).

    • Exceptional technical writing, bid compilation, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • High level of attention to detail and ability to meet strict submission deadlines under pressure
