Job Description: Full-Stack Developer (Digitization & AI)

Location: Addis Ababa

We need a skilled developer in Addis Ababa focused on digitizing businesses and implementing AI solutions to improve profit margins, remove bottlenecks, and streamline operations. You will finish our food delivery app, build a sales & lead system for contacting local businesses, and handle other weekly projects. You will also work with different companies to move them into the digital era and add AI where it creates clear value.

### Responsibilities

- Complete, test, and deploy the food delivery mobile app.

- Build and maintain websites, web apps, and the sales/lead management system.

- Digitize business processes, fix operational bottlenecks, and implement AI tools when needed.

- Manage databases, cloud infrastructure, and basic IT systems.

- Deliver additional projects assigned weekly.

### Required Skills

- Mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, or similar)

- Website & web app development

- Database management (SQL/NoSQL)

- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent)

- Digitization of business processes and basic AI implementation

- Git and clean coding practices

### Qualifications

- Minimum GPA of 3.6

- Active GitHub repository (or strong portfolio) showing mobile, web, backend, and preferably AI or automation work

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet weekly deadlines

- Experience delivering production systems and digitizing real business workflows

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Based in Addis Ababa

- Good English (Amharic is a plus)

### Preferred

- Experience with food delivery, e-commerce, sales/CRM, or AI tools that improve efficiency and margins

We want someone who can finish core products, digitize companies, apply AI practically, and reliably handle weekly workloads.

- የሞባይል መተግበሪያ ልማት (Flutter፣ React Native ወይም ተመሳሳይ)

- የድረ-ገጽና የድረ-ገጽ መተግበሪያ ልማት

- የዳታቤዝ አስተዳደር (SQL/NoSQL)

- የክላውድ መሠረተ ልማት (AWS፣ GCP፣ Azure ወይም ተመሳሳይ)

- የንግድ ሂደቶች ዲጂታላይዜሽን እና መሠረታዊ AI ትግበራ

- Git እና ንጹህ የኮድ አጻጻፍ

### ብቃቶች

- ዝቅተኛው GPA 3.6

- ንቁ GitHub repository (ወይም ጠንካራ portfolio) ሞባይል፣ ድረ-ገጽ፣ backend እና በተለይ AI ወይም automation ስራዎችን የሚያሳይ

- ብዙ ፕሮጀክቶችን ማስተዳደር እና ሳምንታዊ ጊዜ ገደቦችን ማሟላት የሚችል መሆን

- ምርት-ዝግጁ ስርዓቶችን ማቅረብ እና እውነተኛ የንግድ ሂደቶችን ዲጂታል ማድረግ የሚችል ልምድ

- ጠንካራ የችግር መፍትሄ ችሎታ እና በራስ በመተማመን መሥራት

- በአዲስ አበባ የሚገኝ

- ጥሩ የእንግሊዝኛ መግባባት (አማርኛ ተጨማሪ ጥቅም ነው)

- በምግብ አቅርቦት፣ ኢ-ኮሜርስ፣ የሽያጭ/CRM ወይም ቅልጥፍናንና ትርፍን የሚያሻሽሉ AI መሳሪያዎች ላይ ልምድ
