About this role
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze and document banking requirements, workflows, and business processes.
- Product Configuration: Support Temenos product configuration, setup, and functional troubleshooting.
- Domain Operations: Deep understanding of retail banking, savings, deposits, lending, and credit operations.
- Financial Alignment: Support finance, accounting, General Ledger (GL), interest, fees, and reconciliation processes.
- Functional Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, process flows, UAT scenarios, and test cases.
- Implementation Support: Support data migration, user training, implementation, and go-live.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams and financial institution clients to deliver functional solutions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a bank, MFI, SACCO, or financial institution.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on professional experience with Temenos Transact/T24 is mandatory.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong knowledge of retail banking, lending, credit, and financial operations.
- Functional Skills: Experience in functional analysis, documentation, and system testing.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Important Notice: Candidates without practical Temenos Transact/T24 experience will not be considered.
